Hotel was a good walk to eatery as it was in the main highway in Binh Duong .u can catch a. Taxi or uber to anywhere though as the reception spoke good English and organise taxi for me ”

”This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 weeks. I had very few issues and they were taken care of immediately. I’m planning on returning in December and will definitely stay there again. Housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!”

”Der Aufenthalt im Citadines ist immer sehr komfortabel und angenehm. Sehr zu empfehlen.

”Best resort i have visited in Se-Asia. We had the riverside villa, perfect for honeymooners and couples. Peace and quiet, didn't leave the resort for the whole stay. Food ok, we liked the local menu. Maybe the only thing that would need more attention is the food. Great personnel and very personal service. Free ride to the city. Free movies. Check in and out in-room, never saw the reception. Big plus for that, felt like home. Thank you!”

”Review for Standard Double Room
I recently stayed in a standard double room and had a mixed experience. The room and bathroom were smaller than I expected, which might be something to consider if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room or are staying for more than a few days.
One small inconvenience was that the toilet paper was already half-used when I arrived, and extra was only provided upon request. There was also a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff, which made...

”This hotel located inside the village is suitable for local with car or motorbike.
No restaurant within 1 km each time i must call GRAB whenever i go for lunch and dinner. ”
"It felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking. It almost seemed that opening the door to hotel customers was too much trouble for them. The staff at the breakfast were very uncertain and slow, and the quality of the service varied (for example, some mornings we were first escorted to the table and immediately asked if we would like to have some coffee, and some mornings these things did not happen at all). It did not feel like customers were appreciated. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The whiskey-sour drinks at the hotel bar were not good at all and they cost almost the same as in Europe. On the positive side, the hotel was near good shopping areas and restaurants. We also enjoyed our room. All in all, we had a great time in Vietnam."
