”Property was well located, clean and had everything we needed. The front desk host was very friendly and helpful with recommendations, etc.”

”We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The room had everything we needed, small kitchen, with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom was great, big walk in shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. There is a small swimming pool, which our son enjoyed. A covered outdoor kitchen with barbie for guests to use. There is also a laundry for guests. ”Was told when we arrived there at about 7.15 on Sat. 29 Sept that my Booking was NOT for the 29 and 30 but for 30 and 31. They were totally booked for the 29 and there was nothing that could be done she put me in contact with a motel in Port Douglas at $45 above what the booking . I was told to cancel the booking, and I would get my money back from the agent. I will start by getting in contact with the agent.”

”We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us....

”We stayed in room 1207. It was very, musty and damp smelling. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and as it costs $20 to replace towels they were wet for our stay unless you wanted to do washing. The kitchen amenities were extremely basic and the TV postion is not viewable from bed..... something that is nice when having a Nana nap on holidays. The outdoor spa wasn't clean. There was 2 cheap broken hair dryers in the bathroom and with so much water on the floor it didn't feel safe to use...

”This was a beautiful little hotel. It was walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. I was looking forward to doing some laundry while here on my one night stay but the young man from the front desk had 1 of the 2 washing machines and the only dryer tied up most of the day so I was not able to get any laundry done. Even when I told him I had a short time to stay, he did not offer to let me go ahead of him and use the dryer, which takes over an hour to dry clothes. I could have stayed at the...
