Pretty resort, lovely food, reception staff were friendly, pool bar staff were not attentive. The room was a great size and had a awesome view.

Nice hotel, disappointing service
Mantra Portsea is nicely decorated apartment hotel within walking distance from the center. The service level is good otherwise, but the rooms are only cleaned once a week. We stayed for 4 days so this was sufficient. You can get clean towels if you like. The breakfast was good. However during my ...
