”Upon check in the man at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending towards the customers in line in front of me. In my time standing there I saw interactions with 2 other guests, a phone call as well as a meal delivery service. ”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...
