”Probably one of the better doubletree hilton hotels we have stayed in. Hotel is a bit dated but very clean and tidy. Breakfast was extravagant and dinner was very delicious. Nice place to stop over if you’re travelling from KL to Penang. We saw monkeys as we drove in. The swimming pool with kids water slides was a hit with our little one.”

”Property was dirty. Staff was unbelievably rude. Location is good - but there are 25 other hotels within a block or two, so no reason to stay at this location. The whole place was gloomy, almost creepy. Avoid. Pick another place. ”

”Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There...

”Hotel policy of NOT providing any slippers was although floor appears dirty from shoe wearing staff was the main drawback of staying in this property. Staff attentive but management reluctance to guests request are disturbing ”

”Maybe one of the best locations in Pulau Pangor. Resort area was clean and the public facilities were in good condotions. The cheapest room was in lousy condition. The toilet werent functioning and the shower only had cold water. They rented us a motorbike and other services like breakfast was great.”
