”This is a 2.5-3.0 hotel priced as a 3.5-4.0. Granted, we were there on July 4th weekend but the rates were still over priced. Yes, it has a view of the harbor…looking over a busy street and right in front of a busy ferry stop. You can’t keep shades open during the summer day to enjoy the view because the sun blazes through and warms the small room. You can’t sit on the balcony because the A/C unit blows hot air on you as it runs to keep the room cool. The room we were in had been updated a bit....
