Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception.
Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad.
Room cards/gym cards , never endless story. If the card is functioning on your door it is not working anymore in the gym and vice versa.
Breakfast, the restaurant is dark and sad. People are smoking there and also the...

”We have a little issues for a check-in and got delayed the room , but they made it up. They gave us extra bed with no charge was a great stay.”

”Food was extremely expensive. 6 none alcoholic drinks 1 meal of chicken fingers, 1 meal of cheese sticks, and 1 Houka cost $100. Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. ”

”A new hotel made out of older Beirut apartment block is in a very nice neighbourhood and has a personal touch and presense. Nice boutique atmosphere.”

”This is very average 3-star hotel to me: clean but very old and old-fashioned, very average breakfast and pool was closed. I felt safe here and service was kind in the reseption, due to old fashioned atmosphere and bit poor breakfast I do not think this is good value for the money. ”
