”Riki is a great host. Met us for check-in and walk us through the apartment. Showed where everything is and had a little welcome gift is cookies, popcorn and lemonade. Easy walk to downtown Del Mar avenue for the shops and restaurants. Little less than half mile walk to the pier and beach. Very much enjoyed our stay.”

”I enjoyed my week at this beautiful little beach cottage. The views from the back decks and kitchen are stunning. It is a short walk from the beach (though a steep one, so be prepared) and an easy drive to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. The house was well appointed with linens and beach supplies. There is no AC, which was only noticeable during the evening when the bedrooms are in direct sun. Fortunately, the evening were cool and there were plenty of fans to sleep. All in all a great home...

”Great bungalow for a couple, we also had our adult son. He slept comfortably in the pull out. We stayed in “green”. Nice to have secluded back patio for evening cocktails, cards etc. The front area garden was delightful for morning coffee amidst butterflies. The location was ideal with a short walk to everything. This will be our “go to” when we come back to Laguna.”

”Great little cottage convenient to everything in Dana Point. Very clean, very comfortable beds, most of what you need in the kitchen. Took advantage of the back patio to read in the afternoon, very private. The neighborhood is very quiet. Walkable to restaurants, and everything in the Lantern district. Great communication from the host. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.”

”Located within blocks of the large business district. Easy to walk to those amenities and the cliff overview of the marina. The cottage is charming with and spacious. 2 bedroom, 1 large bath with nice kitchen and large living and dining space. Totally covered and private back patio was heavenly. We appriciated the off street parking off the alley. ”

”The apartment was beautifully decorated and anything that we would have needed in the kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom was placed in just the right place for easy access. Local TV stations, Netflix, and Prime are all available. The shower stall was large and the spray was perfect. There is a view of the ocean from a large garden area with nice seating and many blooming plants. The street is very steep but it leads directly down to the trolley stop and beach access. ”
