This spacious one story home features it's own private boat launch and as of May 30th 2025 it will have it's own private boat dock as well! This home also features an expansive deck perfect for soaking up the picturesque surroundings, enjoying your morning coffee, or stargazing at night. For ultimate relaxation, unwind in the hot tub under the charming gazebo, offering a private and peaceful retreat with incredible views. As the sun sets, gather around the fire-pit overlooking the water for cozy evenings filled with laughter and warmth.

For those who love water activities, this property is it! The boat launch and dock coming May 30th 2025 make it easy to get on the water and explore Douglas Lake. Whether you're into fishing, boating, or simply relaxing by the water's edge, the opportunities are endless. And with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg being minutes away, this will be a vacation you'll never forget.

Pets are welcome at this beautiful lakeside retreat, so you can bring your furry companions along to enjoy the adventure with you. The home is designed to accommodate families, couples, or small groups, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy their time together.

Living Room:
The living room has a cozy sofa and love seat for nights in watching the flatscreen smart tv around the fireplace. This home has internet access for your favorite streaming service. The living room also has 2 comfy chairs directly facing the lake, because when you have views like this, it's a must. Steps away from the living room, you'll find the kitchen so you won’t miss movie or lake viewing time when you need a snack.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal and includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher), a wide array of pots and pans and any utensil you may need. When you’re on lake time, morning coffee is a must so we have both a Keurig and coffee pot. Evening drinks are also a must so you’ll find plenty of counter space for your favorite merlot. There is bar seating for 3 so pop open that red and have a moment before dinner.

Dining Room:
The dining room offers a large table with seating for 6. The dining room is right next to the living room so you can enjoy large meals with the whole family. The dining table also makes a great work space if needed and an even better game space! We have plenty of board games available for hours of family fun when you get tired of the lake, if that's even possible.

Game Room:
A vacation home isn’t a vacation home without a game room! You’ll have hours of entertainment with the Pac Man Arcade, foosball, shuffleboard and darts. We also have a kids room which offers X-Box with two hand controls.

Two King Bedrooms:
Offering two king bedrooms on this one level home, both feature a plush king size bed with bedside tables, dresser, room darkening curtains and a flatscreen tvs. Both King rooms are very convenient to everything and steps from the full bathroom, front door and kitchen.

Queen Bunk Room:
This room features 2 queen beds (bunk style), a bed side table, dresser, room darkening curtains, a tv and x-box with double controllers for all the gaming fun.

Bonus Bedroom:
This bonus bedroom has a twin day bed along with a twin trundle with beautiful lake views out the window. This room has room darkening shades and a flatscreen tv.

Bathrooms (& Laundry Room):
This home offers 2 full size bathrooms. One bath has a gorgeously tiled walk in shower with double sinks while the other full bath offers a bathtub for your soaking convenience. Both bathrooms have plenty of storage for all of your guests to clean up after a long day of lake fun. This home has a laundry room, conveniently off of the kitchen so pack light knowing that your laundry needs are covered.

Outdoors: 
This Lakefront Mountain Oasis is an outdoor dream and presents different yet beautiful opportunities at every season. From late spring to early fall, you will have lake and mountain views while having prime opportunities to experience all that Douglas Lake has to offer. This property has a private boat launch for any size boat. No boat, no problem! The lake is 10 steps away so bring your floats, tubes, kayaks and noodles and splash away. The sun deck off the gazebo is great spot for sun-bathing or if you’d rather be out of the sun, you’ll have a covered gazebo and porch with lots of seating near the water. The Mountain Oasis is surrounded by a wide variety of trees, making this home a wonderful fall spot to admire the gorgeous fall leaves. The winter months will likely not have water in the lake as it is dam operated, however the mountain views continue to make this home a prime location for the holidays and in the winter months. The expansive porch, gazebo and fire- pit provide year round enjoyment with shade in the summer months and warmth in fall and winter months. You will also have access to the fire-pit where you can enjoy s’mores year round. Whether it’s a lake or mountain view you want, this place has it all!

Conveniently located:
You're a short drive from the Pigeon Forge parkway and the entrance to the National Park! You're 30 minutes from dinner theaters, the titanic museum, amusement parks, mini golf, and just 40 minutes from Dollywood. You will far enough away to enjoy the serenity that Douglas Lake has to offer, but close enough to enjoy all the entertainment that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg bring, making this a true vacation of your dreams.

Loved everything about it. Had a wonderful family vacation with everyone enjoying a relaxed and fun time. Felt like coming back home to a serene escape with stunning lake views. Enjoyed the near proximity to the marina where we rented a pontoon several times. Loved the location. Already booked a week for next summer.
