”We rented this to be close to friends who were vacationing at Douglas lake. Great location,well appointed. Would have loved to have been able to spend more time in the town its self! I loved that this was an old bldg fixed up and being used! Great Stay!!!”

”We loved staying at The Smoky Mountain Lakeside Resort and Marina! It's in a great spot on Douglas Lake and the rooms are very updated and spacious. Check-in process was very easy and the resort is very close to lots of dining options.Very quick and helpful communication with staff.Loved saoking in the private hot tub with amazing mountain views. We went in February so didn't get to take advantage of any lake activities, but we will definitely be back!”

”Although this property was out of the way, it served our purpose. Very clean, nice scenery. Had everything we needed except ice- would’ve been nice if here was ice or the icemaker worked. But we enjoyed our stay.”

”We had 5 adults and 2 small kids; we had plenty of room. Very pretty and clean house. the Host was wonderful. we just had to ask for what we needed, and it was there in minutes. The July 4th fireworks on the lake were great, we enjoyed our stay!!! would come back for sure. ”

”Very relaxing stay, beautiful lake! 20-30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Owner was very responsive she even brought us frozen pizzas when we got there late in day and nearby pizza place she recommended was closed!! Enjoyed fishing and kayaking and the kids even played in the water!! ”

”We recently took a much-needed girls' trip to escape the professional hustle and bustle. The house was far enough away to provide peace and tranquility, yet close enough to Pigeon Forge and other attractions. We appreciated having ample space for everyone, and the game room was particularly enjoyable during some colder nights. Visiting during the off-season proved to be a perfect choice, and the communication prior to check-in and check-out was extremely pleasant. I would definitely stay here...

The sunrise over the lake in the morning is spectacular it is a quiet area somewhat centrally located I guess it's in about 15 minutes you've got a dozen choices of places to eat You're not too far from pigeon forge or Gatlinburg if that's your thing they have docks as well as a place to drop your boat into the water there's a marina down the road that rents overall I found it very relaxing and very peaceful”

”We had a wonderful 10 night stay at this Heaven Hideaway cabin. It was tucked away into the Smokey mountains away from all the noise, which provided a cozy, rustic feel. The amenities are exactly as advertised, with two bedrooms each accompanied with a full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen, living space, wraparound deck, outdoor hot tub, outdoor grill, and fire pit.
