The main bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable king bed and easy access to one of the home’s two full bathrooms. Upstairs, the partially enclosed loft provides two twin beds, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests. With two full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates groups while maintaining privacy and convenience.



Outside is where this property truly shines. Start your mornings on the covered front porch with rocking chairs, soaking in the peaceful sounds of nature. Spend afternoons by the private pond, where you can enjoy catch-and-release fishing or take the canoe out for a relaxing paddle. A brand-new basketball goal provides even more outdoor fun, giving guests a great spot to shoot hoops and enjoy some friendly competition. Evenings are best spent unwinding in the hot tub, grilling on the BBQ pit, or gathering around the fire pit near the water under a sky full of stars. The home is located in a quiet countryside area of Dandridge, offering a peaceful and scenic setting surrounded by rolling hills and natural beauty. Guests can enjoy the slower pace of East Tennessee while still being within easy reach of local favorites like the Bush’s Beans Visitor Center, historic downtown Dandridge, and the shops and restaurants of nearby Newport. Popular attractions like Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains are all within a short drive, making this an ideal home base for both relaxation and adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting around is best by car, as the property is set in a rural area with limited public transportation. The drive is part of the experience, with beautiful views along the way, and most attractions, dining, and shopping are conveniently accessible within 10 to 30 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

*This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 50lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.

*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
