The Space:
Step inside Someday Cottage and let your cares drift away. The heart of the home is a gourmet kitchen, where stone countertops, eclectic custom cabinetry, and a charming coffee station create a stylish and functional space. The kitchen opens effortlessly to the rest of the living area and features passthrough windows to the balcony, perfect for serving cocktails or snacks with a view. A dining table for six sits nearby—ideal for lakeside breakfasts or candlelit dinners after a day on the water. The open-concept design flows into a stunning main living space with soaring ceilings, plush sectional seating, and a gas fireplace that sets the mood year-round. A Smart TV and a pool table tucked beside window seating offer entertainment with a view—because nearly every room is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the sparkling lake and rolling Smoky Mountains beyond.

Step outside onto the covered balcony, where you’ll find comfortable seating, a grill, and a high-top dining area perfect for morning coffee or twilight toasts. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available.
• Outdoor resort pool is seasonal and typically open and available for guest use Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• For added security and awareness, sensors are installed above the front and back doors to detect when they are opened or closed.
• This home is equipped with one (3) external security cameras:
o 1. Located at the right front corner of the home and actively monitoring the main entry and driveway.
o 2. Is a front corner camera monitoring the front walking trail.
o 3. Is a back center camera monitoring lake and yard wildlife.
