Mr. Flores, our gracious host greeted us on arrival and for us comfy in our room with orientation of hotel and area. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. Nice view of the water. The staff was courteous. Desk staff was helpful and Troy at the bar was informative and fun to talk to.
