”I booked to stay an extra night, but I had to leave because of a family emergency. That was on May 24th and I emailed and called numerous times and no response plus no refund of my money and it’s June 15th. Not nice”

”This location was absolutely perfect for exploring Charleston! This is not a luxury hotel (you will see tiny things that should be taken care of, like a hole that is patched but not painted) but it feels safe and clean and the staff is nice. Also, we loved that the room was two floors with the kitchen and a secondary 1/2 bath on the first floor---a set-up that works perfectly if you have two people trying to get ready at the same time or two people with different sleeping patterns.
