”Staff was very helpful and accomadating on 2 issues..My room air/heat unit was malfunctioning and they changed my room and helped me move all of my luggage without me asking. 2. My reservation through Expedia was made for 1 night but i thought i made it fir 2. They called me when i was out sightseeing on my 2nd day to tell my about this situation and it was resolved over the phone. No.hassels!!”
”I had a fantastic stay at the Comfort Inn! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless — the lobby, hallways, and especially the room. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and plenty of pillows, making for a great night’s sleep.

”2 night stay. Convenient to commute between Salem and Rockport. Our apartment was 2 bedroom as we travel with our adult son. Its hard to find suites that are not just a pull out sofa in the Livingroom area. We did not use the stove or dishwasher. Best feature was the ability to set the air conditioning down to 60 and actually feel it. The bed mattress was too hard for us, but that is a personal preference. Room cleaning service is by request, but we found extra towels in the closet, so didn't...
”The house keeping staff fail to refill the body wash. When I get to the room the body wash was almost empty not enough for two people take a shower and no hand soap. After I asked the staff to refill the body wash or provide hand soap they only put a hand soap and never put the body wash. Besides the soap problem I can't complain of the other staff members. The front desk and the breakfast waitress were very attentive and polite 👌”

”The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again ”
”My daughter and I stayed for a birthday trip. It was such a beautiful place. Someone kept in touch before, during and after our stay. I never felt like I was "out of the loop". Be prepared to walk about a mile to downtown. It is a nice, safe walk though. I would definitely recommend the Coach House!”
