”Traveled to Marrakech for a three-day trip with my grown children. Riad Zi was the perfect accommodation for us—beautiful property, quiet neighborhood that’s near attractions and dining, and exceptional service. We so appreciated the attention to detail given and kindness shown by all the staff. Highly recommend to anyone visiting and staying in historic Medina.”

”Little gem of a Riad
A cute little Riad in a lovely location. Clean and well presented with a beautiful roof terrace.
We arrived and were presented with tea and biscuits which was a nice touch!
Staff are very friendly and helpful, our dealings were mainly with Rashid and Rizwan. They even suggested a change in room as they were aware of the noise of the building works outside our bathroom area- we didn’t even complain so that was superb.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a selection...

”Thank you for your awesome hospitality! The best part of our stay is that we would ask for coffee or tea anytime of the day and we were served in the courtyard. Freshly squeezed juice was refreshing. ”

”From the moment we arrived until our departure 4 days later, everything at the Palais Riad Lamrani was top notch. The hotel and restaurant staff were so helpful, polite and professional. Special thanks to Abdel, Youssef, and Osama. Staying here made our time in Marrakech so lovely, we’re already planning to return.”

”Excellent place with amazing staff and very good location. You feel like home with high standard hospitality. Rooms are beautiful and very clean and rooftop is the place where you like to stay all day. All staff are super friendly and help you with whatever you need. This is the hotel where I’m going to stay anytime I visit Marrakech, highly recommended.”

”Loved this riad! Both of our hosts were named Mohammed and they were amazing. Unfortunately we only got to spend a day and a half, but when we return we would stay here. Mohammed gave us great food recommendations, activities for day and night. The room was clean and spacious. The shower is a little tight, but didn’t bother us. ”

”Truly the best place I have ever stayed. This wasn’t just a place to sleep, but a calm place to plan your day and navigate Morocco. Marrakesh can be an overwhelming city but having people who work there look out for your every need made it so much easier. Whether it was breakfast to go, cold water or orange juice, getting you a taxi so you don’t get scammed or walking you to a place you want to go so you don’t get lost, they do it all. You’re not treated as a guest, you’re treated like family....

”Riad Ilayka oli upea kokemus Marokossa, tilat ovat hienot ja henkilökunta kaikkineen uskomattoman mukavaa ja vieraanvaraista omistajarouvasta siivoojaan asti. Meillä oli 24h palvelija ja lisäksi majatalo järjesti meille myös mm. kokkikurssin (saimme itse valita tehtävät ruokalajit, kävimme torilla ohjatusti raaka-aineen haussa ja kun ruoka oli valmis, se tarjoiltiin meille), jossa saimme tutustua myös Riadin ihastuttavaan kokkiin. Erittäin lämmin suositus kaikille Marokon matkaa...

”We spent here 5 nights and reallyreally enjoyed it. First impression of the tunnel to riad can give you little bit creepy feeling, and the front door would've been impossible to find without help from the riad (we had ride from the airport by riad) but when we got there it's absolutely amazing. So peaceful, and beatiful and staff is the best. They helped us with everything and anyway they could, and it was always with a smile and a welcome feeling. Choose this one, Patrick will take care of you....

”Il Riad è molto semplice e ben tenuto, un'oasi di pace all'interno del caos della Medina di Marrakech.
Nei dintorni ci sono molti locali, ristoranti e negozi e in circa quindici minuti di camminata si raggiunge la piazza Jemaa el Fna.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, soprattutto Latifa la proprietaria. Colazione ottima.

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."
