The oriental suite was beautiful (and did not have the scary costume hanging above the bed in the photo) and the heater was big enough for the room to be a comfortable temperature even with the cold nights of January. ”Definitely an excellent location on one of the main streets of the medina, connecting the nearby Place des Ferblantiers (easy to reach by taxi, decent and inexpensive restaurants, Bahia Palace and Saadian Tombs at a walking distance) with Jemaa al Fnaa. The hotel is large and comfortable, the rooms are average (not really suitable for a longer stay) but clean. The buffet breakfast is an absolute plus - varied, plentiful, with a selection of local dishes. ”

”I loved my stay at Riad Africa. The property is beautiful and located close to the main path in the souk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a free room upgrade. The room was lovely, comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. I'd definitely recommend this location and would happily stay again when back in Marrakech!”

”Good location. The room is basic with a stylish bathroom. The twin room faces the street and there is some traffic noise, but it's pretty even and the room is completely dark, so we slept well. The sympathetic host does not speak a word of English. The facilities are in good condition, but they would need a bit better cleaning to keep the beautiful rooftop terrace and tablecloths and bedspreads clean. ”L'accueil était parfait. Notre hôte a pris le temps de nous offrir un thé à la menthe et de nous fournir quelques explications sur le riad, son quartier et les visites à effectuer. La chambre située tout en haut du riad était très confortable, avec un grand lit, deux canapés, climatisation, un petit frigo, une salle de douche, et toilettes séparées.
