”I can’t say enough good things about this property. The location of this Riad is just inside the Medina so I it’s a 2 min walk from taxi drop off. The property is so beautiful and within walking distance of markets, shopping, palaces, tombs, college, mosques, Square.
The staff were outstanding from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping!!!
The breakfast provided by this Riad is incredible!! All traditional Moroccan food.

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious. Would have like to give better recommendations but few very bad encounters brought the overall ecperience significantly down."
