”What a wonderful experience. The Riad is a small hidden gem with incredible service. From check in to check out Sofien took such good care of our entire group of 10. Our stay was made infinitely better because of him.

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
"Service level varied a lot depending on the person. Some were very rude and unhelpful, some were excellent, nice and helpful. Rooms seemed a bit outdated even they were quite spacious.
