”The location is the best. All amenities, dining, shopping etc. are all closeby. ”

”Had a lovely room upgrade and room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and bar staff very friendly. A great stay and will be staying again on my next trip.”

”Nothing unique. All standard, good.”

”Very good👍”

”A suitable accomodation location for a business traveller, with the intention to move within Navi Mumbai area. The restaurant of the hotel is of good quality with an abundant amount of choises. The close proximity of several shopping centers provides something to do in the few free hours of a business trip”

”Towel and bed sheets had rust stains baked in. ”

”The room was clean and breakfast was good with options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Jitesh and Sonal were excellent in service and always willing to assist further. I highly recommend this hotel. The rate is worth what I paid. I will surely return.”

”Courteous staff.. excellent service. Delicious meals. Excellent housekeeping ”

”Very well appointed setup, clean spacious rooms and very friendly staff. However we encountered these issues 1. The room AC was not fully functioning and we had to ask them twice to send technicians. Even after that the room did not cool down and we had to ask for a fan. It was not comfortable at all. None of the staff or Managers came up to check or offered us a different room. 2. No power point in the ironing closet. The board had to be dragged outside to the bedroom. 3. Really poor quality...

”The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. However the property itself is not worthy of being called 4 star. Extremely dirty rooms which haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. There was dust everywhere. Small fruitflies like insects everywhere in the room. The amenities like showers, cabinets, lamps etc haven't been cleaned or replaced ever.”
