”Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall.
The spa was really relaxing and well worth it.
The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely.
The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy.
They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special.
Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.”

”There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast.

”The receptionist Carol was lovely at check in and our room was lovely and clean with evrything we needed. The shower was tremendous. Food good and good choices and waitresses were very pleasant. ”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay.
