”Great hotel, lovely rooms and comfy bed. Stayed for 2 nights visiting family. Used the car park which is underground but has loads of space as it’s used by the museum visitors. Staff really good, plenty of them working in bar, restaurant etc. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Couldn’t fault this hotel, it’s quirky, full of character. ”

”A beautiful stay. The room was gorgeous, with a breathtaking view of the city. We especially enjoyed the observatory bar with the most beautiful menu of cocktails, enjoyed in a relaxing setting. The onsite concergie parking service was a special touch. A five star stay, which hopefully won’t be our last! Thank you ”

”I can’t begin to say enough about our short stay here. We came from the USA to visit our son who is attending Queen’s for the semester. From the moment before we checked in, we were welcomed by Mickey and Christine via What’s App. They helped us with parking, left new batteries for our tv remote and fresh towels when we asked, and were always available to help with questions we had.
