"Hotel was clean and well maintained. We arrived around 8:00pm and decided to eat at the restaurant on property. We were surprised to be told that the kitchen closes at 9:00. It’s a Casino Hotel. Food was average and staff friendly but not well trained. Our server did not know how to open the bottle ..."

"The hot water in the bathtub was running and could not be turned off. We could hear it all night long. It had obviously been running for a long time because there was calcium buildup in the bathtub. I don’t know why they would’ve assigned this room to us when there were plenty of rooms available ..."
