"Clean room, easy access to restaurant, bar and pool. Sauna out of service, steam room good. Pool good size for doing lengths. 20 min walk into town but only a chippy and mini morrisons. Good self-service breakfast. Would stay again"

"We stayed one night in no. 24 Courtyard double, with breakfast following day. The accommodation was delightful, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and we also had a lovely evening meal in the main building. Excellent value for money too."

"The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend."
