”What a charming stay in a vintage cottage, lovingly updated. The views of the lake are spectacular and accessible. Lots to do from this starting point but I decided to kick back and relax - a perfect spot!”

”We had a lovely time at the cottage - perfect size for two families with young/small children The house is clean, cozy and has all the supplies you need. Our girls loved the place, so did our Golden Retriever :). Will definitely return again...hopefully soon! ”

”5 Starr was a spectacular home. Brigitte sets you up for success from check-in to departure with detailed instructions. She was also extremely responsive. The home was breathtaking. The lake was beautiful. The house was equipped with everything you need. It's very comfortable and zen. We spent our time enjoying the magnificent views and reading. It's quiet, clean, and decorated beautifully. You feel like you're at home immediately. I highly recommend and will be back. ”

”We moved 27 years ago from NH. John was born in New London and raised in Sunapee. We raised our 2 kids in Henniker. Rodd cottage made an amazing place to bring our family together. Peaceful and relaxing. Lots of things to do too.Thank you to the Rodd family for sharing.”

”Great oasis on a clean quiet lake. Kitchen set up well for cooking, nice dining area and inviting living space. 2 private bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Back porch has good gas grill. The real highlight was the yard with a large wrought iron fire pit and seating overlooking the lake and literally only 3 cars a day drove down the road. The variety of boats available for easy renter use was icing on the cake! ”
