”The hotel was kept very clean. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were easily temperature-controlled. It was quiet at nights and is located in the perfect spot for sightseeing. Underground parking was appreciated.”

”The Lord Nelson Hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in North America. Considering the wonderful facility 4.5 stars and the location, the deal on Expedia I got is really great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is modern equipped but still keeps the antique original designs. It is a good balance of modern and antique. The location is perfect to tourists. It is close to waterfront and opposite to the Public Gardens. I will defiantly go back there if we visit Halifax again.”

(4) One couldn't get rid of the window shades and only limited daylight came into the room.
