"Island Time III" on uusi 5 makuuhuoneen suora Gulf-edessä Beachhouse on oma, lämmitetty uima-allas ja toisessa kerroksessa pelihuone Gulf-view parveke.
Island Time III on 2 Master sviittiä (yksi tärkeimmistä tasolla ja toinen yläkerrassa) ja yksi parhaista näkemykset jokaiseen kotiin saarella.
Tämä 5 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpy kaksikerroksinen Beach House oli juuri valmistunut kesäkuussa 2014 ja on ainutlaatuinen Gulf-view kastamalla allas; penkkejä sivuja pitkin, joten voit istua altaalla ja nauti suurta Meksikonlahden näkymät!
On kodikas toisen kerroksen pelihuone elektroninen darts, lautapelejä, ja ovi käyttä�� 160 m² jalka Gulf-view parveke. Muita J��äntekokone sijaitsee ruokakomero.
Allas on lämmitetty lokakuusta huhtikuussa.

Best Vacation Ever

I will definitely be back. Such a beautiful place. Lots to do on the island and my teen even had loads of fun. Property manager was great and on the ball. He responded quickly to any question we had and was super helpful. The house was huge, clean and was everything they advertised. Cant wait to go back next year.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This was our 2nd stay at Wave Loudest. It is such a beautiful home-and the location overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. We spent time on the deck, in the pool, and walking the beach every day. Dave, the concierge, is amazing. Any questions we had were answered immediately, and he went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful--and very spacious. The setup of the deck/pool area is very safe- it was easy to have the 2 year old run around outside without worrying about the pool.

Despite the chilly weather it was a very good experience.

2024 Beach trip

We love the island! This is our second year. We arrived 30 mins before booking time and staff allowed us to enter the house early. We noticed some things around the house left uncleaned. Definitely had plenty of room to spread out for all of our party which included 9 adults.

Heaven on Earth

Such a beautiful place! The house was immaculate and so comfortable. Plenty of space for people to spread out. Dauphin Island itself is magical--we loved everything about it--great places to visit and wonderful people! We spent as much time as possible on the deck and in the heated pool. One note about the pool--be aware that if you go at the time of year we did--early January--there is only so much that can be done to keep the pool warm if the weather is less than cooperative! Dave and the DIBR staff were wonderful and very responsive. We are already planning our next trip to Wave Loudest.

I’ll start with the positives of the house. The view is stunning with perfect beach access and location. That being said, the house itself needs a lot of work. There was a leaking window that was dripping water into an outlet on rainy days—this caused the breaker to switch. Upon investigating the smoke detector breaker had also been off. This is a huge fire hazard in itself—although the owner was quick to call an electrician and send someone out, not sure if the issue was corrected as it should be but it was corrected for the time being. The outside deck needs a lot of repair, there were many rotten spots that would dip down when stepped on. The pool heater was great when it worked continuously. The first couple of days it was hit or miss with the heater being on, the breaker for this also would kick off many times. The kitchen wasn’t stocked very well in my opinion. We had a large family staying and had to get creative when cooking some meals. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was moldy and needed to be charged. The downstairs A/C would continuously freeze up making it very hot and stuffy. There were no curtains/blinds on the downstairs windows which also made it difficult to cool the area. The water pressure upstairs was very weak making it aggravating to rinse your hair/etc. and lastly the house would rock. Someone could walk across the house and you could feel the house itself begin to rock. This made it unnerving to think the house itself was unstable.

Unfavorable stay

We arrived 6-17-23. We immediately noticed the house was not clean. Dave had to bring a lady out Sunday to do some cleaning. All the beds had sand in them. One upstairs bedroom has a possible roof leak. The upstairs bathroom has mildew or mold in the shower as well as loose fixtures in the shower. The entrance door needs a new back set (door knob). It is extremely difficult to open and should be considered a fire hazard. The most disturbing issue is the presence of a mouse, or mice. We had to dispose of several packages of food due to mice. We also had a storage bag we use for our dogs chewed through and out 6-year old grand daughter had a lunchbox ruined by mice. Mice can carry several different diseases and there is no excuse for us not being told about the mice problem especially considering we had children ranging in age from 9 mos. to 11 years and I know that you know about the issue. I will be happy to provide a list of what we lost if the home owner would like to reimburse us.

Great privacy!

The house was great, it just needs some TLC around the pool area and a better cleaning crew. There was easy access to the beach and everything inside worked even the ac. Would definitely come back to the island.

Fantastic Location!

So many good things to say, but first a PSA unrelated to the property, but needed for the location. Head the riptide flag warnings. The island has a system to communicate riptide levels, we had to watch a US Coast Guard helicopter land right 150 yard from the house on the beach to pick up a young lady on her senior trip that had been pulled out by a rip tide and drown. She died in a local hospital a couple days later. Riptides happen all along the coast, pay attention to the warnings, if it's a bad day, don't get in the water. Stay on the beach, or better yet enjoy the POOL! On to the location. This house is perfect. It was clean when we arrived. One thing to note this property is managed like so many by a rental company, when you book you will be contacted via email by the rental company, if you have questions you will need to reach out to them directly, we didn't get a response via the VRBO messaging center. That said, communication was great and they took care of us. The pool is fantastic and heated, it was perfect on cool days and at night. There were a couple maintenance issues when we identified on the first day, they had Dave the maintenance guy come out same day, he was fantastic and took care of everything immediately. He also took the time to talk with us about restaurant and things to do around the island. He came back a couple days later to fix the valve on the outdoor shower, when we got back he had left us a box of donuts that were amazing! Dave is fantastic, keep him around! There is a house closer to the beach, however you still have clear view of a large section of beach and you only 50-75 yards from the beach, this is beachfront living at its best. There was only one downside to the property, the internet connectivity was pretty terrible. It was impossible to stream a movie without multiple pauses, even connecting on your phone or computer to do anything was really bad. We have to power cycle the router no less than 5-10 times daily. The ISP is a dish network provider. If you are planning on working remotely from this location, it is not for you. I would love to see the owner look into a different ISP, if there is a better option than satellite dish, it should be considered. Thankfully they had a decently library of DVDs so on the rainy days we watched them instead of streaming netflix, hbomax, etc. This is a fantastic place, we hope to stop in again!

Awesome experience we will be back again!! Tons of room the pool was amazing!!! We had 11 people 8 teens and 3 adults with plenty on room!! So close to the beach not crowded. Love love love!!!!!!

Girls Trip 2023

The property was wonderful and exactly as described the pool was heated upon our arrival which was great because the ocean is still cold .. Beds were comfortable the island residents were very friendly and all restaurants bakeries were great….. The sunsets were amazing will highly recommend and will certainly be back….

Relaxing and Peaceful!

This is our first time to Dauphin Island. My husband and I love to stay places that aren’t too touristy. The house is amazing! There was one day that it rained and we noticed that there was a leak inside the window over the kitchen sink. I let the management know and somebody came out that day. It was a small leak but I just wanted them to be aware and they were very responsive. The views of the Gulf are amazing! We were there celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. We wanted a dog friendly place to stay, and as soon as you walk in you could tell they are dog friendly with all of the decorations! We also love the fact that everything on the island is local. No fast food chains or any of that nonsense. The restaurants had very nice friendly staff and great food! If you were looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this house and dauphin island altogether are where you should go!
