Tässä ihanassa mökissä on avoin olohuone ja keittiö, josta on näköala rannalle. On kaksi makuuhuonetta yksi kummallakin puolella talon ja jokaisella on kylpyamme. On King size-vuode yhdessä makuuhuoneessa ja kuningatar toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Mukava suuri kannella aurinkoa, rentoutua illalla cocktail ja katsella kaunis näköala, katsella lintuja. Koti on lähellä pyöräreittiä. Loistava sijainti kaikille!

Great Location!!

Great value for the location. We had an unobstructed view of beach and clear path which took less than 5 minutes to walk. The houses around us which were considered beachfront were honestly not much closer to the beach than us. We’ve been coming to DI for about 10 years and this was by far the most well stocked and cleanest place we’ve stayed. The kitchen wasn’t overwhelmingly stocked, which made it easier to use. We had an issue with the ac unit not keeping up one day and called the office. A repairman showed up in about 10 minutes to check things out. I would definitely rent again and recommend this house. It was perfect for a small family. We had 3 adults and 1 child.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay from start to finish in this great beach house. The communication from the owners was nice. They gave us simple instructions to pickup the keys and find the property. The add was accurate. It had all the amenities as stated in the listing. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The view and access to the beach was amazing! All the pans and cooking utensils you could need were available. All the switches were nicely labeled. The outdoor deck furniture was super nice! The deck was either new or very well maintained. There was construction next door, but they didn't really bother us. It looked like that house was getting close to finished. Our family had a wonderful week here, and I would highly recommend it to others, family and friends. The next time we come to Dauphin hopefully this place is available again.

Neighbors are Close

Overall cute, comfortable little house, but… There is another home being constructed VERY close to the house which wasn’t in the photos or mentioned in the property description. This construction was in addition to another existing home which is also very close to the deck, but is shown in photos, so no surprise there. Sofas in the living room could be more comfortable, but are fine after a good tiring day on the beach. For the nightly rate and proximity to the shore, would recommend, as long as close neighbors aren’t a big deal.

Great house! Great views! Walked off the deck right to the beach.......just the right size for 2 couples......The house was probably the BEST stocked home we have booked as far as all your "necessities". I love to cook, rather than eat out and everything I needed was there!!! Loved it and would definitely book again!!

Great little house on the beach

Cozy cottage vibe with excellent beach access and view. Well organized kitchen. Comfortable master bedroom. The house has a nice updated porch and great patio furniture too. There are few little updates needed but you can see the owners are working on property improvements. Updated microwave and dishwasher. The bedding and linens are very nice quality. We really felt like this is a homey and comfortable place. The beach was perfect!

Perfect getaway!

Beautifully decorated, very comfy beds and sofas (Beautiful local art work). The kitchen has just about everything needed to cook a great meal or a simple breakfast. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach and miles and miles of sandy beaches!

Beautiful view and great location

The house was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for and matched the description. We loved the view from the deck. It was a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had great amenities. Overall this was perfect for us! If we're in the area again would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Island and location was perfect!

House was in a great location and very clean. Needs a few updates like the tile is broken and soft in places but for the most part this was a great vacation! Beach is close enough that we didn’t feel we had to walk a long way with our stuff. Actually it was so safe we left most of our stuff on the beach every night. Great trip!

Cozy beach getaway

Beautiful property, well-maintained and lives up to the pretty pictures in the listing. Bigger than it looks on the outside, open floor plan, nice size rooms. The decor is fun and relaxing - our 11-year-old daughter chose this house because it was the “beachiest” of all the ones we looked at. Nice amenities- indoor washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, SMART TV in LR, TVs in bedrooms, WiFi, brand new deck furniture, outdoor shower underneath and faucet on deck to rinse off sand and ocean to keep it out of the house. Bright and sunny inside with great view of the ocean from every room. Easy beach access, only about 200 ft to the beach, no streets to cross. Beautiful beach, not crowded during our stay (1st week of August); wide sandy area, shallow water with gentle waves. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and pleasant Spring Break!

Absolutely perfect! Couldn’t have asked for anything better! House was well equipped and very clean! Beach was amazing, just steps from the deck! Fishing was great and seeing dolphins swim by 20ft off shore was particularly amazing! Island activities were perfect pace for us! We love this little island and can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect for two couples!

The recent updates are very nice. The kitchen needed a cork screw and some wine glasses, but everything else was there for simple cooking. We loved the location on the island, it was very central. This house would work well with a small family too.

South 40 Visit

We had a wonderful stay at South 40-A! Great view and really quick to get out to the beach on the private path. We loved being able to have our two small dogs with us too. The only thing missing was a corkscrew, but we bought one. Would love to go back!

Fantastic location and spectacular view of the ocean, sunrise and sunset

Nice sized property with room to spare. Windows and sliders provide for wonderful scenery. Steps put you in the sand immediately.

The perfect little beach house!

Nice clean home. Everything that we needed was there. Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Step out the door and have sand on your toes! Private beach was perfect. The most relaxing vacation I've had in years! I will stay there again.

This home was perfect for our small group. The home is well maintained and set up perfectly to enjoy the beach. Access to the deck from both bedrooms and the living room area was perfect. Access to the grill below the deck was also an added bonus. We were really close to the water and enjoyed evenings on the deck. The island is pretty cool! Thanks for a great vacation. WE WILL RETURN!
