”The email from the hotel states that check in begins at 3:00PM. No where in their welcome email does it state that late check in must be done by midnight. They cancelled our rooms, double booked them with another customer and refused to give a refund. They offered a early check in but all rooms were booked so that verified that our room had be re-booked with no refund provided. Terrible customer service and just ethically wrong to take money from 2 different customers on the same room”

”First off the place is nowhere near like the pictures on the Internet. The place is rundown wore out dirty there’s people living on the property or staying long term and without judgement drug users… being in EMS can pick out fairly easy.. our room the tub would not Turn off all the way and constantly ran not wide-open but enough to where it should have been fixed the sink in the area next to the bathroom stayed stopped up you can use it to wash your hands and water would take hours to go away...

”Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was overall very good the only problem was we had to switch rooms because of a little mildew under the sink but staff let us switch immediately and everything was fine. Breakfast is decent. Recommend this hotel to everyone.”

”Our room was clean. Staff was very helpful, polite, and kind. Good breakfast choices.Hotel is located in walking distance of several fast food restaurants. The one negative is the hotel is located somewhat close to a fish plant of sorts and the smell of fish can sometimes be really strong. Otherwise very nice place to stay.”
