”Great location. Very central. The room is clean the only issue is mosquitoes so bring some repellent like Lavender Room Spray or a Zapper. Love the cacao hot chocolate every morning. Since I have some dietary restrictions I could only enjoy the eggs and a few served breakfast but I am fine with it as it was expected. The ladies are very welcoming and the staff are helpful. I am looking forward to my next stay at this place. Thank you 🙏”

”Absolute angels work here. The environment is serene, i keep coming back”

”Great”

”Aging property with excellent staff. The property was once grand, but is showing cracks, literally, as our room had cracks in the wall. The staff couldn’t have been better. From the rooftop bar staff to the staff at breakfast and the excellent front desk. This was a very good stay and a welcome rest from the grind of our trip to Mindanao. Despite the shortcomings of the aging, I would stay here again due to the excellent staff.”

”Was good for short term stays”

”Good and clean place. Book again next time”

”Decent room for the price but the WIFI is too SLOW. can't even reach inside the rooms. Hopefully they will upgrade their wifi coz they are a hotel in the city center yet no wifi.”

”The coffee served at breakfast tasted good. It was Davao coffee excelsa. Near to the San Pedro Cathedral walking distance. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The downside is the room that I got doesn't have a functional TV. The shower head needs replacement. Aircon remote needs to be replaced. Overall stay was good for the price. Anyways, was always out.”

”The hotel was outdated, our room specially is old and the bathroom is old ,facilities old,the flush is weak in the toilet.Location is ok ,it's in the city, but in the 6th floor seems haunted where we were assigned.its like nobody was there except us.Staff are okay breakfast is ok.”

”I did not like being charged for a cleaning fee when I was checking in. It should have been included in the rental rate. If I would have known that there was a cleaning fee, I would not have booked this room.”
