”I liked the homey atmosphere of the entire place. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Their rates are reasonable and affordable to many, delicious breakfast also included. I will definitely stay here again when coming to Davao. Already recommended the place to family and friends.”

”The front desk personnel were terrible. The WiFi would not stay connected for even 1 minute. The parking was hit or miss. There were 4 hr. Room rates with a massage parlor next door - ???. DONT STAY HERE. ”

”The facility may be so aged and a bit rundown but their improvements are on-going these period. Breakfast is a bonus but not quite enough, just simple and pinoy ordinary bfast. Yet the people, the team - from dining crew to front desk and to housekeeping, they are all good, and humane. They intend to take care of their of their guests like me. I am so happy. ”

”The beds are so comfortable to sleep with and the availability of hot and cold water in the shower ensures a refreshing start to your day or night (?). While it provides a wonderful setting for our stay, there are a few minor hiccups to be aware of. Sadly, toothbrush and toothpaste are not included, so make sure to pack your essentials. Additionally, if you need a workspace, you might need to get a bit creative, as there isn't a designated area for work, despite the presence of small bedside...

”This was a scam , they took my payment but did not have a room available , the contact numbers did not work and the emails I sent were not answered. I waited for three hours outside in the hot sun after travelling for 27 hours, I need my money returned ASAP”
