The owner is fantastic. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Older place, very well taken care of. WIFI is very slow. Best place to stay in Davenport.

The house was perfect for our needs, and our dog loved the fenced yard. Appreciated the map of the area and beach access info. The porch was used the most (comfy patio furniture).

Lakefront property that was perfect for my family of 5 to stay at while we were in town for a wedding. The property was exactly as described in the listing and Ginger was a fabulous hostess that granted us early check in when we asked on the day of our check-in if we could have access to the house ...
