”Nice”

”Had a beautiful setting, outside looked great. Office area was great. Room was very much in need of fresh paint and new carpet, otherwise was just fine. Breakfast was only a high end continental type. Safety was a big concern, there were several places that had a considerable change in elevation between carpet and tile with no warning, very bad for the elderly patrons. Staff was extra friendly and efficient.”

”So the first night today that we had, we ended up getting bedbugs bites all over our ankles and body, and then the next morning when we had already complained about it to the front office, the owner walked in without knocking while I was changing thankfully I was in the corner and then our fridge broke down Midday and we had food that went bad on top of that. We also didn’t have a functioning telephone whenever we complained the owner kept avoiding us and didn’t show up the next morning when he...

”The room smells I later found out the 1st floor is where pets were allowed. The pet odor remains in the room. There was a leak so I changed rooms but the odor remained.”

”This is a very nice Double Tree with friendly, helpful staff, and good maid service. It is much better than larger Double Trees that we have stayed at in the past. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. And as always, the cookies are great!!”

”Fist thing we noticed is how CLEAN everything was. The staff were so nice and the breakfasts were delicious with lots of fresh fruits and selections of other hot and cold breakfast items. The only thing that was a bother were the pillows as they sank and didn't support our necks. The beds were comfortable though and we got great sleep as it was quiet and peaceful. Thank you for an EXCELLENT stay. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!”

”When my family got there late, they got told that they are already full eventhough i already paid for the room already, and now they do not even message back or do a refund back. Horrible service”

”First off there was blood spatter on the wall and ceiling. Floors were covered in dirt and dead bugs. The kitchen area had grease all over the wall. The microwave was disgusting. It was a smoking room with no ash trays, and there was ash all over the bed sheets. Need i say more?”
