”The first time I stayed here was really nice. I was upgraded to a suite and it was nice. This time I was disappointed. I understand it is a 2-star hotel however it should still be a wonderful experience. The room was very muggy and had a strong mildew smell. It had a dehumidifier in it which the rooms should not need. I had to keep it on and it was really loud. I had to empty it every 12 hours. The carpet was moist from the humidity. The were pillows old. Wasn't the best. Customer service great!”
