”We got so lucky finding availability here! Everything was amazing. We loved the location, which was only a few minutes down the road from Timberline and Canaan, and the gas fireplace in our unit. This was especially enjoyable after we visited the hot tub and made a mad dash back in the snow ! We were big fans of the game room too. Highly recommend this place!”

”We’ve been coming to Davis for a long time but this was our first time staying in Black Bear. The Bear Lair was perfect for our stay. Clean, well decorated, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and plenty of firewood. The central location was great as we bounced between Dolly Sods, Timberline, White Grass and downtown Davis. Abby was super responsive and accommodating. We definitely plan to return. ”
