Nestled on a splendidly private two-acre lot, Peaceful Easy Feeling provides a tree-filled sanctuary. Escape the everyday hustle and bustle to sit on the spacious deck surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Kids of all ages will delight in exploring outside amongst the trees. Come on inside, rest by the fireplace and plan for another day of adventure. Cooks of every skill level will find the newly renovated kitchen a satisfying space for meal preparation while still participating in the living room conversation. With a brand-new family room downstairs, it is easier than ever to unwind and enjoy satellite TV and WIFI. Now featuring an all-new pool table room, you can take a few minutes to test your billiard skills. Later just plan to relax in the outdoor hot tub before getting a quiet night’s sleep in comfortable peace and quiet. All the bedrooms at Peaceful Easy Feeling are equipped with ceiling fans and now the main floor and second floor are air conditioned! Located in Old Timberline's gated community, Peaceful Easy Feeling provides easy access to the trails on Dolly Sods. It is just a short drive to Timberline Mountain, Canaan Resort or White Grass for some winter fun. In every season, the small towns of Davis, Thomas and popular Blackwater Falls are just minutes away. Peaceful Easy Feeling provides a Level 2 EV Charger with J1772 compliant connection. Wonderful house!

This house was wonderful, cozy, and perfect for our large group of 10 + dog. There were enough rooms and bathrooms. Never not had hot water. Could see deer a few feet from the windows all the time. The kitchen was well stocked with all the silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen appliances and cookware. Also, the large fireplace and TV was a perfect living room area to all relax! There were a fewthings we disliked: There was a blizzard while we were there. The roads became icy then snow fell on top. The driveway is not your friend, unless you have 4wd. It was very steep. We had 4wd Jeep, we were still sliding down the driveway and roads. I called the front office to get information salt for the driveway and towing info just in case we needed when we were leaving. She was very rude and sarcastic talking to me like I was stupid and didn’t know how to drive in snow. Communication was not friendly or consistent at times. Including myself, a couple of the other members of our party did not have great experiences with staff members. Also, the people who slept downstairs would wake up with cold like symptoms. The symptoms would go away a couple hours after waking up, but they said they could feel them coming on as they laid in bed.

Beautiful stay

Our time at Peaceful easy feeling was wonderful. The house was in excellent condition upon arrival and well stocked with everything we could need during our stay. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us to relax comfortably with many different places to sit and relax together. We loved having access to two different lakes for fishing that were close by.

Peaceful

This was our second stay at Peaceful, Easy Feeling. And it was quiet. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The fireplace and provided firewood were much appreciated. We will be back next year. Thank you!

Feel the Stress Melt Away

We have stayed in Timberline several times, this house was just perfect. When we arrived and read the note from the owners, I could tell it was going to be a good stay (did we just become best friends!). It is aptly named, Peaceful Easy Feeling. The house was beautiful and well appointed. They thought of everything. The appliances were really nice and the kitchen was open and bright and very easy to cook in. The bed in the 1st floor master was comfortable and the master bath was a little retreat. The hot water is no joke though! The furniture on the deck was great and the view was so peaceful. If you want total seclusion, this may not be the one for you. Don't get me wrong, we were by no means on top of our neighbors, but they were visible. This house had everything we could possibly need for a wonderfully relaxing weekend. I hesitate to leave such a positive review, because I want this house to be available next time we are in town! We will be back, and I would even be willing to be flexible with our dates just to get this house again. Traveler's tip: if it is your intention to go to the grocery store and cook, check out the cabinets before you make your list, there was a lot we didn't have to buy (like salt and pepper, olive oil and the like)

Peaceful.....

Beautiful house and in a great location. The inclusion of firewood was excellent as we relaxed in front of the fireplace, read books, or napped. Total disconnect. Great use of space and plenty of room for the family. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. We usually travel with our stuff and did not have to use any of our things. We are already looking at next year for another stay. Also, the management company quickly refilled our request for more firewood. Thanks!

Great Location, Always Fun!

This is the 2nd YR in a row staying here. The owners and property mgmt team do a great job keeping it clean. The hot tub is great after a full day of skiing. Added bonus this year, the downstairs has been finished as a game room.

Best Rental Stay Ever

Wonderful Vacation Home ! Well stocked Kitchen, lots of firewood. Hot tub was great even when outside temp was -7 degrees. The insructions for "how to" were perfect. We had our three adult children with us. Lots of fun and laughter. Timberline Ski Slopes 5 min away.

Quiet, peaceful getaway

House was as advertised, not bad at all. We really appreciated the EV charger in garage. Everything was pretty clean, although we recommend giving the master shower a thorough cleaning or even replacement. Access to the hot tub from upstairs deck would be nice.

Great Rental and Location

We throughly enjoyed staying at this rental and will be doing so again in the future. House is currently being remodeled, so the basement wasn’t finished yet but that did not bother us at all. This house has a wonderfully stocked large kitchen and the hot tub was awesome!

Perfection

We recently rented this property for a few nights to go skiing. It was one of the best rental properties we've ever stayed at. It was a beautiful home, clean, and had lots of privacy surrounding it. The hot tub and lower deck seemed brand new and we really enjoyed our time spent out there. Highly recommend!
