”everything was as expected for Hilton property”

”My husband and I are very disappointed with this hotel. Before I list the bad I will say that the room was surprisingly clean. The bathroom was clean, but needs an update. The Lakeview and pool very nice. Here we go; the elevators were dirty and the carpet on the 3rd floors was even worse. Stains throughout the entire hallway, the walls are dirty and the paint is coming off the doors. We were afraid to enter the room. After watching the TV for a couple hours, the remote will not change the...

”We were there for 2 nights. Hotel is clean and staff were very pleasant. We would stay here again. ”

”Room is always clean. Breakfast is fantastic for an included breakfast. I always stay here when I visit the area because the experience is consistently positive.”

”The hotel didn´t have hot water throught the stay. They said it was because of the storm but in my opinion they should have fix it the first day. We didn't receive any compensation. Also, I like to have my bed done and they say they clean the room every 3 days, otherwise is a 'refreshment' that is just cleaning the trash bins.”

”Golf Hall of Fame has moved. The property seems abandoned. The roof was leaking in the lobby. Room was in poor condition. Amenities were outdated and/or in poor condition. There is no way I would have paid $200+ per night if I had seen the place in person, prior to booking. Staff was nice.”

”Nice stay, soft beds”

”The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is no notification that you have to be a member to enjoy the “free breakfast.” If you’re not a member it’s like $12.50 per person, but they didn’t tell us until we were already there three days. That needs to be disclosed at check-in!”

”The staff were friendly, and thats just about it. The whole place was very run down. The rooms appeared "clean" upon first entry, but after looking closely they were absolutely not. The faucets in the shower and sink had so much build up on them, the shower head was coming away from the wall, all of the towels had someone else's red hair all over them. The bed cover had a cigarette burn. The bathroom door was covered in black grease stains front and back, and my daughter's socks turned...

”the room was decent but the people next door with their trash on front of their door I didn't like. Looks like they live long term and not the best conditions.”

”Hotel definitely needs a major upgrade! There was mold in my shower.”

”The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!”

”Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra. ”
