When we arrived we were clearly struggling with a luggage cart with a broke wheel and nobody offered to help us. When checking in, many details were left out, like putting our key in the power bank in the room so we could use all the lights and outlets. The sink was filthy and had no hot water. Okay for the price, but $180 a night is a little steep for the stay. Location is great, and compared to other hotels in Saint Augustine, it's price and quality are the best. ”

”This property does not offer any parking at all. There are available parking spots all the way around this hotel. But you cannot park in them between midnight and 6:00 a.m. or you will be towed forcing you to use their valet service which is an unexpected cost daily. You are unable to access your vehicle when it is parked in their valet garage which became a huge issue when I could not get to my asthma inhaler that I had left in my car. This medical emergency landed me on the floor of the lobby...
