”My stay was for 5 days and every day the breakfast was hot and fresh with good options. The staff was very professional and polite. They was extra helpful. The rooms were clean. Great location it’s well lit and walking distance to restaurants like Wendy’s, DQ, Zaxby.. ”

”I booked through Expedia. Upon checking in I was informed that my “included” breakfast would be automatically deducted from my bill when I checked out. That was not the case however and I had to call the property to have the included breakfast removed from my bill a day after checking out. If I had not caught this error, I would have been charged 65 extra dollars. That is a serious lapse in service. A protocol should be put in place so that does not happen to other customers. Thanks!”

”The location was great, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the luggage cart was broken and our room wasn’t ready. Inside the room, the microwave was missing a plate and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call the front desk. ”This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well...
