"The Motel needs some external renovations. Here are some internal suggestions: Clean the inside of the dressers. Provide more towels and wash cloths. Perhaps newer ones. A hook behind the bathroom door. A soap dish in shower stall. The bed was very comfortable and close to restaurants."

"Property was decent but lacked attention to minor yet major details. Upon arrival, I noticed the grass was half way cut with weeds still surrounding everything. It had been “cut” so to speak but large clumps of grass remained everywhere and prices to be hazardous to walking. Especially at night. ..."
