”Surprised WYNDHAM would be associated with a low grade facility. Lobby locked requiring check in to a small hole, problem with door keys, no access to drinks or snacks, no breakfast, do cups for coffee at room machine, No hand rails in bath/ shower, no towel bars, no bottled water, Room deposit required for incidentals although nothing to buy. Indication it for damages as well. At checkout requested agent to inspect the room. No document obtained to verify inspection and no damages incurred. ...

”Overall a good stay …rooms clean and smelled good, AC worked amazing, shower was great very little wear and tear on tub but it wasn’t a big deal the shower felt great. Staff was helpful”

”Tub drain was very slow and the TV kept cutting out for 10-15 minutes throughout our stay.”

”Air conditioning did not stay on the temperature we set when going to sleep. Waking up uncomfortable during the night and looking at the thermostat, it was different each time. Also the ice machine on the first floor was not working on Sunday morning at breakfast. When we asked if we could get ice somewhere, they told us it was broken and said we could go upstairs on the second floor and get ice. We didn’t really want to go up and get ice from another floor. So we did without.”

”The first room I was put in the ac did not work and was told that another room was not available until the following day. Once transfered to the second room the shower did not work properly.”

”Room was clean and quiet and there was around 80 channels on the tv. Bed was fine.”

”It was great overall, had a great time. The only thing that wasn't working was the ice maker in the fridge but we just got a bag of ice. One other thing was you should put at least some steak knifes. Overall, it was great! Thank you.”
