The dining area is flooded with natural light and features a stylish table beneath statement lighting, flowing seamlessly into the inviting living room. Relax on the plush corner sofa in front of the TV or choose a book from the well-stocked bookshelves before opening the patio doors onto the private, enclosed patio. A true sun trap, this peaceful outdoor space is perfect for al fresco dining with the outdoor dining furniture or simply unwinding in the sunshine.

Parking is available on street, or on adjacent streets close to the property.
