”Lovely clean room, lots of amenities close by. Oregonians are just lovely people. Liked the trains tooting as they passed by, puts me right to sleep.”

”The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The air conditioner did not work and the room was extremely hot all night. The lighting system is being updated, is not working properly; this resulted in the room lights coming on randomly in the middle of the night, repeatedly waking me up. There were vagrants in the parking lot. Other than the odor, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. But overall, it was a terrible night's stay; I would never stay at this property again.”

”This was the cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing was “off” about it. At no point, did I feel unsafe or worried. The complimentary snacks were a wonderful bonus that I did not expect! I will be booking another room here as soon as possible!”

”Some stranger knocked on my door and peaked in the window in the middle of the night poor coustomerservice and wheni booked online i wasnt told that there was also a reservation fee plus a pet fee and it was smaller than a studio apartment i will never ever stay at autzen inn again”

”This hotel was clean and comfortable but overall my stay was very odd, which is why I'm giving a lower number of stars than I might normally give a Marriott hotel. First of all, the amount that i was charged does not match the amount on the receipt that I was emailed. It's about $30 more, and I'm assuming it's because I was charged for breakfast, even though I paid extra for a breakfast voucher. Also i tried to order a beverage at the bar, but the cocktail wasn't available on their POS system....
