”I’ll start by saying that this location met our immediate need for a place to stay during a sports event, and we are grateful they had availability on short notice. ”This was our first time staying at Royal Inn, and we had a great experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the AC worked very well, which made our stay comfortable. We only stayed for one night, but we really appreciated having a refrigerator that was large enough to store food and drinks. It would be especially convenient for a longer stay. Overall, a pleasant experience, and we would stay here again.”

”Good and convenient location for downtown and U of O. On-site restaurant, immediate access to walking path. Mall with arcade and other restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are updated. Other criticism is uncomfortable sofa bed mattress.”

”Have stayed here several times as it's convenient to the Oregon Horse Center. The rooms are always clean and I appreciate that they have the basics I need - bed, bathroom, refrigerator, sink. Check-in is easy and the staff has always been friendly on arrival. I also have an F-350 truck to park and can always find space. They also have a coffee maker and coffee available in the room.”

”The room was advertised: 2 queen beds and a couch/bed, which served our needs. The property is fine but starting to show its age. The breakfast, while standard fare in American roadside motels, was basic and not terribly nutritious: processed food and no fresh fruit or vegetables. There are a cluster of hotels in this off-ramp retail area which might be more attractive.”

”Older motel that shows it's age in many places. Rooms are small with very few amenities. HOWEVER, this hotel is kept clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a place to sleep with a comfortable clean bed and a hot shower, this inn is perfect for you! Air Conditioning was perfect on a warm summer night.”

”The Riverpath in was so clean and homey! I usually don’t feel as rested or comfortable in hotels or other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. But it felt like I was at home. I even got to chat with one of the owners and we had a great conversation. She was so sweet and helpful and you can tell she cares about the home and those who pass through it. If I’m ever up there again I will 100% come back to the Riverpath Inn.”

”The facility was very well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were quick in attending to our requests for some plates to eat to go food in our room and check on the tv that was flickering. One thing that was a bit annoying was the heavy bathroom door kept closing behind you with a bang so I am sure others could hear it just like we could others.”

”Upon check in noone told me that there was only a bed, fridge & microwave & chair. Was no place to put a laptop, put clothes in a drawer, was a total discusting facilitly. Jim Pound 801-755-6027. I had to ask, at the desk, the next moring to what happened. This was not appropriate to pay $300/night under these circumstances.”

It was in a horrible part of town filled with drug addicts, a porn store, the TV didn’t work, the place was an overall dump inside, the outlets were substandard, etc., etc.. Would never recommend this property and would never stay there again.”

”Bed was comfy & had extra fluffy pillows. The sheets & towels smelled very clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig in the room. All rooms are ground floor. I enjoyed the funky decor. There was some street noise & noises from other guests, but I used the AC fan & a white noise app to drown them out.”

”On the second day they didn't replace the towels,or empty the trash.There wasn't a pen or writing material.Very disappointed In the place.I feel anyone should have to call and request any of these things.I give them a 0 out of10”
