Had a terrible room, I had booked a non-accessible King bed ocean view for two nights, the room I got was accessible room, the hand shower was broken, kept moving towards outside of the tub and the water was flooded in the bathroom, the sink and tub both clogged badly. The view was the only good thing about the room, I was expecting a better room condition, this room should not have been approved for any guest. Next morning I spoke to the front desk and they changed my room but that was it, I had to re-pack everything and move to another room, they just gave me the right room that I had initially booked, not sure why the hotel will keep a room like that available for guests. No other compensation provided, I believe its because I booked it through Expedia and I submitted similar feedback with Expedia but nothing at all, at times you feel that these third parties need to be more cognizant with their hotel partners especially when the members have Gold status.
