It is also only 2 km from Beach Pavilion Paal 17. Furthermore, the swimming paradise Caluna, Ecomare and Shipwreck and the Beachcombing Museum Flora are a stone's throw away.

The villa has a bright living room with 2 glass sliding doors that give access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture, located on the south. There is 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and 2 separate bathrooms. A cot and high chair are also available.
