”The staff were kind enough to listen to our concerns and get me in contact with the property owner.
Our room was DIRTY, this includes urine in the toilet, hair that didn't belong to us on the floor and around the sink area, the toilet seat look like it had been scratched up by cats to the point you could see the metal lines in it, our tv on the wall was dirty, the microwave was dirty, they have this window seat with a cushion on it, IT WAS FIFLTY, the drawers up under them was dirty, If I needed...

”We chose not to stay because of the hotel's overall appearance. My husband is a disabled veteran and there was no elevator and we had quite a few pieces of luggage. The front desk lady was very polite and said that she would give us a $50 refund. My husband told her that we would try to find another hotel. We did. My husband went back and told the front desk lady that we had found another hotel. She said that she would give us a full refund but it is not showing yet on our online bank account....

”Everything was nice the only complaint is that we ask for more towels and our trash to be emptied and it wasn’t done. We took it out ourselves to the dumpster and went and got clean towels!
Also the end door to the outside would not close so I felt was unsafe due to anyone could come in with a room key!”
