”Went down for breakfast two different mornings once at 850am and the other at 855am both times were told that they close the breakfast at 9am why so early? also the doors to the room where we stayed were hard to open and would pull out of your hands and slam shut.I returned to the room with dinner and while opening the door it pulled out of my hand and knocking my food from my had and upon trying to catch the food and door the door slammed my hand into the closing of the door and sill. ”Very clean with friendly staff. Convenient to Blue Spring park which was the reason for staying. Only 10 minutes from park. Breakfast choices are OK but nothing too exiting. Excellent coffee to start the day. The only stain was the wait for staff member to occupy both toasters while making breakfast for other 4 members of the staff and me as a guest had to wait while she was putting around. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Especially if you are trying to have a breakfast and get on the road....

”Good hotel for light sleepers--recommend asking for a room facing the townhouses behind the hotel. The fan provided was also the best ever--big box fan that drowned out any hallway noise. The front desk staff were amazing--especially the two Hannah's. They went out of their way to find me a quiet room--I ended up canceling my next accommodation and extending my stay thanks to their assistance. ”The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”
