”Great location for a couple looking to get away. Small kitchen but is great for a stay if you arent looking to do much cooking. Its about a 3-5 minute walk into town where everything is. Morning coffee on the front porch was our favorite. Hot water is lacking a bit but give it time and it works, just dont expect super hot showers and you will do just fine. Personally feel its a great stay for the price and location to town is well worth it. Thanks!”

”The noise, there was a sign in the lobby that said quiet after 10 pm. But seems like people don't respect that. The people above and to the side of my room were very loud. Tv was loud, people going down the hall were also loud. I had to get up early and drive 12 hours, it was 12 pm and I could still hear the noise so I turned on the fan to block out some of the noise. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.”

”I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great and the coffee all day was awesome! Our room was even better. We expected a bed and a bathroom and nothing else. When we walked in we had a full kitchen which was a great surprise and super useful for us. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in the area. We originally booked for two nights but extended for another which was seamless.”

”Es una hermosa propiedad con un personal poco capacitado,la limpieza es deficiente e inaceptable hay cucarachas objetos de clientes anteriores,las tohallas sucias y manchadas,la manta de taparse sin cambiar (con un olor espantoso)La habitacion que me asignaron no fue inspeccionada por un supervisor o personal a cargo.Al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dolares aunque no mencionan eso a la hora de la resrva y entrar a la habitacion para encontrar total decepcion ”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

”Hotel was brand new since March 2026 so everything was beautiful. Check in was good & we were even able to get in a bit early. Reserve the airport shuttle upon arrival. Outside Pool was very nice. Thanks all!!”

”Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”
