The apartment comprises a sunny sitting room with doors onto a small patio looking out on to the owners beautifully tended garden, a large bedroom with Kingsize bed and a smaller single bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and large bathroom.

Bedroom – sleeps 1, with 3ft single bed, bedside table and lamp, cupboard with hanging space.

Bathroom with bath, walk in shower with overhead rain shower & separate handheld shower head, wc and basin.

Garden

A small, paved area with bistro table and two chairs.

No parking but free on street parking available.
All bed linen and bath towels provided - please bring beach towels.
A cot and highchair are available on request.

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
No dogs are allowed at this property.
